Dear Tim,

As Scott has probably mentioned, we have some initial results on the
paleoreconstruction runs, but we're not too happy w/ them yet. Scott is
coming down to C'Ville next week, and we're going to try to sort through
some issues before posting the results for you to look at.

Meanwhile, I'd like to give a talk at EGS in Nice next spring discussing,
in part, the results of these analyses.

Can I put both your names down as co-authors. The abstract will have to
be very general, but if we have good results by then (hopefully!), I'd like
to leave open the possibility of discussing them, so would like to put
down both your names. I need to send off the abstract within the next 24
hours, so please get back to me ASAP.

Thanks,

mike
