Winter SENA reconstruction power spectrum, tab-delimited columns
70 lags, 10 degrees of freedom per spectral estimate. Plot freq as
x-axis, and dens, null, and 95% cl on y-axis. It has a strong 6-yr
peak, as well as something around 12.7 years. Good luck.
