Hi Keith,

You are the first to receive a figure showing the Dec-Feb temperature
reconstruction from Oroko Swamp tree rings, using Hokitika data for
calibration and verification. The plot I am sending you compares the
previous reconstruction, in a paper now in press, based on much less data
and "classic" detrending methods vs. the new one based on RCS. The minimum
sample size per year is 17 radii, with most over 30. So, I think that the
low-frequency features in the new reconstruction are "real". I plan to send
these results to GRL soon. Let me know if you want to play with the
reconstruction.

Cheers,

Ed
